Orders over $1,000 ship free by Next Day Express. Orders of $1,000 and under ship free by standard shipping. Every order travels fully insured within the United States, with signature on delivery.
Quality Control before every shipment
Before it ships, every piece is inspected under magnification, its setting checked and tightened, and photographed in detail: unwrapped, wrapped and boxed. Those photographs stay on file with your order.

Every piece ships with its IGI certificate.
When it ships
Signature pieces and vault diamonds are finished and ship as soon as they pass Quality Control.
Made-to-order pieces from the Private and Atelier collections, and BESPOKEN commissions after you approve your drawing, are delivered in 10 to 14 days.
