This Privacy Policy explains how 2N Diamonds Corp ("2N Diamonds," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit 2ndiamonds.com, place an order, request a quote or custom design, or contact our concierge team by email, phone or in person. We sell to customers throughout the United States, and this policy applies to all of them. Additional rights for residents of certain states are described in Sections 7 and 8.
Information you give us. When you place an order, request a quote, submit an Atelier design request or contact us, we collect:
Payment information. Payments, including Buy Now Pay Later financing, are processed by PayPal. PayPal collects your card or bank details and replaces them with a secure token. 2N Diamonds never sees or stores your full card number. We receive confirmation of your payment and, for financing, whether it was approved.
Information collected automatically. When you use our website, we and our analytics and advertising partners automatically collect your IP address, browser and device type, pages and products viewed, time on site, referring website, and similar information, using cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Section 4).
Information from others. We may receive delivery updates from shipping carriers, payment and financing status from PayPal, and campaign performance information from our advertising partners.
We do not ask for, and do not use, sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, precise geolocation, health or biometric information.
We do not use your information to make automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep your cart and wishlist, remember your preferences, understand how our website is used, and measure our advertising. The partners we use are:
These partners may collect information about your visit and use it under their own privacy policies. You can control them through Google Ad Settings, the Google Analytics opt-out, and Meta Ad Preferences. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features, like your cart, may not work without them.
Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals. You can opt out of targeted advertising at any time as described in Section 7.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not rent or trade customer lists. We share personal information only:
Under some state privacy laws, allowing advertising partners to collect information through cookies and pixels may be considered a "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising." You can opt out as described in Section 7.
Emails. We send emails about your orders, quotes and design requests. These service messages cannot be opted out of while an order or request is open. If we send you marketing emails, every one will include an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe at any time by writing to privacy_admin@2ndiamonds.com. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
Text messages. We send text messages only to people who agreed to receive them. Customer care: if you text us at (207) 803-5102, or tick “Text me about my order” on our website, we will text you about that request (for example your order, quote, design request, delivery or checkout). These are one-to-one messages from our team, not marketing. Operational alerts: our administrators who enroll at 2ndiamonds.com/sms-operational-alerts receive sign-in codes and system alerts. We keep your number, your messages and your consent record to answer you and for our records. We never sell them or share them with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Our texts are delivered through our messaging provider, Twilio, which processes them for us.
Your mobile number stays with us. We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers, text messaging opt-in data or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from every category of sharing described in Section 5; we disclose a mobile number only to the messaging service provider that delivers our texts on our behalf (which may not use it for any other purpose), or when required by law.

To make a request, email our Privacy Administrator at privacy_admin@2ndiamonds.com or call (207) 679-0656. We will verify your request by matching information you provide against our records, and we will respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, who must provide your signed permission. We will never discriminate against you, or charge you a different price, for exercising your rights.
Appeals. If we decline your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision or writing to privacy_admin@2ndiamonds.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal." We will respond within 60 days. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General.
California. In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, address and IP address); customer records (such as billing and shipping details); commercial information (such as purchases and quotes); internet activity (such as pages viewed); and inferences about your product preferences. We collect them from you, your device, and the partners described in Section 2, for the purposes in Section 3, and disclose them to the recipients in Section 5. We do not collect or use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics about you, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. California residents may also request, once a year, information about any disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes (California Civil Code § 1798.83). We do not make such disclosures.
Nevada. We do not sell covered information as defined by Nevada law. Nevada residents may still submit an opt-out request by email to concierge@2ndiamonds.com.
Other states. Residents of states with consumer privacy laws, including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia, have the rights described in Section 7, including the right to appeal.
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes in this policy. Order, payment and tax records are kept for at least seven years, as the law requires. Design requests and CAD files are kept so we can resize, repair or remake your piece; you may ask us to delete them. Marketing preferences are kept until you unsubscribe.
Every page of our website is protected by modern TLS encryption, up to TLS 1.3, the newest web encryption standard, and HSTS is enforced. Card payments are tokenized by PayPal, which holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the payment industry's highest security standard, so 2N Diamonds never sees or stores your card number. Access to customer information is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of a data breach as the law requires.
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new effective date, and for material changes we will notify customers by email or with a notice on our website.
