The agreement between you and 2N Diamonds whenever you visit 2ndiamonds.com or place an order with us. Please read it carefully; by using our website or purchasing from us, you accept these terms.

2N Diamonds Corp (“2N Diamonds,” “we,” “us”) operates 2ndiamonds.com and sells IGI-certified diamonds and fine jewelry. These Terms of Service, together with our Return Policy, Warranty and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and 2N Diamonds. Where they differ, the Return Policy and Warranty govern their own subjects. You must be at least eighteen years old, and legally able to enter a binding contract, to place an order.
Every diamond we offer is a laboratory-grown diamond, graded by the International Gemological Institute; its IGI report describes its grading at the time of examination. Photographs, videos and renderings are representative: color, size and proportion can appear differently from screen to screen, and a handmade piece may vary slightly from its images. Stated metal and carat weights are subject to the small tolerances customary in the jewelry trade.
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. Our vault is shared inventory, and a diamond may be reserved or sold elsewhere before your order is confirmed; if a stone is no longer available, we will offer you a comparable alternative or a full refund of any payment for it. Despite our care, a price, description or availability may occasionally be shown in error. We reserve the right to correct any error and to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price, even after it has been confirmed, refunding any payment received.
Your order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order; it is not our acceptance of it. An order is accepted when it ships or, for a commission, when production begins. We may verify any order before accepting it, and may limit, decline or cancel an order at our discretion — including where we cannot verify payment, identity or delivery details, or suspect fraud — refunding any payment received.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and PayPal Pay Later, processed securely by PayPal. Pay Later eligibility and terms are decided and presented by PayPal at checkout; 2N Diamonds is not a party to any Pay Later agreement between you and PayPal. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the charge is valid.
Private Collection, Bespoke Atelier and Atelier Collection pieces are made for one person. Production begins once you approve your design and your payment is received, and from that moment the commission cannot be paused, changed, cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Bespoke timelines run from your approval; we will tell you promptly if anything affects them.
Every order ships fully insured, and may require an adult signature. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please inspect your piece within forty-eight hours of delivery and report any concern to your concierge within that time. We cannot be responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs or events beyond our control, nor for a delivery made to an incorrect address supplied by you. International duties and taxes, where applicable, are the recipient’s responsibility.
Returns are governed entirely by our Return Policy. In summary: loose diamonds are final sale; eligible Signature Collection pieces may be returned within thirty days of delivery, in their original condition, for in-house credit; and Private, Bespoke and Atelier pieces are final once commissioned. Returns are never refunded in cash where the Return Policy provides for credit.
Our pieces carry the one-year limited warranty described in our Warranty, which sets out in full what is covered, what is not, and the circumstances in which the warranty is void.
You agree to bring any concern about an order, a charge or the condition of a piece to our concierge first, and to give us a fair opportunity to resolve it. A payment dispute or chargeback opened without doing so, or for a piece damaged after delivery, will be contested with our order records, delivery confirmation and pre-shipment documentation. Where a chargeback is reversed in our favor, any amounts owed remain due.
All designs, CAD drawings, photographs, videos, text and branding on our website, and every design we create for you, are the intellectual property of 2N Diamonds. A commission gives you ownership of the finished piece, not of its design. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use our content or designs without our written permission.
You agree not to misuse our website: not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy or harvest its content or prices by automated means, or use it for any unlawful purpose. Anything you send us — a review, photograph, sketch or idea — may be used by 2N Diamonds without payment, and you confirm that you have the right to share it.
Our website is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, 2N Diamonds disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in our Warranty, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2N Diamonds, its officers, employees and artisans from any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our website.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, except where the law of your place of residence requires otherwise.
