At 2N Diamonds, your satisfaction is absolute. We stand behind every diamond and every piece of fine jewelry that leaves our collection.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a full refund. No restocking fees. No questions asked. The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all documentation and certification included.

Refundable Deposits

All $100 deposits are fully refundable for 30 days. If you change your mind at any point during the deposit period, your concierge will process a complete refund — no friction, no delay.

How to Initiate a Return

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of receiving your return. The refund is issued to your original payment method — PayPal, Venmo, or credit card.
