Yes. A Premium Lab Grown Diamond is a real diamond — the same carbon crystal, the same hardness (10 on the Mohs scale), the same fire and brilliance as a mined stone. Only its origin is different. Without laboratory equipment, no jeweler can tell the two apart.

Every diamond in The Vault is graded and certified by the International Gemological Institute (IGI). The actual IGI certificate for that exact stone is shown on its page, with its SKU and IGI report number, so you can read it — and verify it at igi.org — before you decide.

Only the top 30% of what we inspect reaches The Vault — seven in ten stones are sent back. Our house standard is E or F color and VS clarity or better, and if you would like a specific stone, your concierge will find it for you. We offer it from 2 to over 13 carats, in ten shapes: Round, Oval, Princess, Cushion, Emerald, Pear, Marquise, Radiant, Asscher and Heart.

Yes — never a stand-in. Each diamond page shows the still photograph and, where available, the 360° video of that individual stone, together with its own IGI certificate. What you study on the screen is what arrives at your door.

For twenty years we made fine jewelry for, and sold diamonds to, the largest jewelers in New York and across America, before opening our doors to you. There is no Fifth Avenue showroom, no commissioned sales floor and no chain of middlemen each taking a cut. Each diamond page shows the boutique price beside ours — at least 45% less for the same IGI-graded stone.

Yes. Every diamond in The Vault shows its price openly — there is nothing to negotiate and no “call for price.” Insured shipping within the United States is included.

Yes. Choose Buy Now Pay Later on any diamond and it goes straight to our secure checkout, where PayPal Pay Later lets you spread the cost, subject to PayPal’s approval. Every major credit card is accepted as well.

Yes. Every payment is handled by PayPal, which holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest security standard in the payment industry. When you pay by card, your details are entered into PayPal’s secure fields and turned into a protected token, so your card number never reaches 2N Diamonds and is never stored by us. Every page of 2ndiamonds.com is encrypted, and your personal details are used only to fulfill and deliver your order. We never sell them, and we share them only with the partners who make your order possible, such as PayPal and our insured courier.

Every order leaves our New York vault fully insured, with signature on delivery: free Next Day Express on orders over $1,000, and free standard shipping on all others. Before it ships, every piece is inspected and photographed in Quality Control, and it travels with its IGI certificate. Made-to-order pieces from the Private, Atelier and BESPOKEN collections are delivered in 10 to 14 days. Have a proposal or anniversary date? Tell your concierge and we will protect it.

Yes — from our hands to yours. Every order travels fully insured, signature required, in discreet packaging that gives no hint of what is inside. Shipping is free within the United States: free Next Day Express on orders over $1,000, free standard shipping on all others.

Sending fine jewelry from the United States to another country brings a great deal of paperwork, with export rules, tariffs and duties that differ from one nation to the next and are too often confusing and difficult to explain with the clarity our clients deserve. For that reason, we have chosen to ship only within the United States.

If your heart is set on a piece and it must travel abroad, simply write to concierge@2ndiamonds.com with your request. We will gladly provide the tariff duties for your country, the export charges and the customs forms to sign. Your piece will then be shipped with all the documentation, and the invoice, needed to carry it beyond the United States.

Yes. Choose a setting from our collections, or begin at The BESPOKEN Atelier — upload a design, take the Walk-Through, use the Ring Studio or start with one of ours — and receive a complimentary CAD drawing to approve within 24 hours, before a single diamond is set.

Our printable ring sizer takes a minute, or measure a ring she already wears. Surprising her? Size 7 is the most common, and your concierge can advise on resizing.

Loose diamonds are final sale, and we would like you to understand why. Only higher-grade diamonds carry a laser-inscribed serial number; most stones under four carats have none. Once a loose diamond leaves our care, a hairline chip — or a stone that is not the one we sent — can be impossible to prove either way, and we never want to place a client in the uncomfortable position of that conversation. So we adopted a policy that protects everyone: once a loose diamond leaves our facility, it is not returnable.

Instead, in Quality Control, your diamond is photographed unwrapped, photographed again once it is securely wrapped, and photographed a third time inside its shipping box with the tracking number in view — a record you can follow through our order tracking from our door to yours.

Yes. Signature pieces are in stock and ready to ship, and eligible pieces may be returned within 30 days of delivery in pristine, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation. Certain styles — those that can bend or change shape with wear — are marked non-returnable on their listing and in our Return Policy. When a return is accepted, its full value is issued as an in-house credit toward any jewelry piece at 2N Diamonds; returns are not refunded in cash.

Each piece from The 2N Women’s Private Collection or The 2N Men’s Private Collection is a commission, and it begins the moment your order is placed. It takes its place in the queue at our New York bench, where master artisans make it for you alone — not for a showcase, and not for anyone else. Because the work begins at once and the piece exists only for you, a Private commission cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged once it has been ordered.

The BESPOKEN Atelier — Made to Order is exactly that: your vision, brought to life. Begin however inspiration finds you — upload a sketch or photograph, take our guided Walk-Through, shape it in the Ring Studio, or start from one of our designs. Within 24 hours your idea returns to you as a detailed 3D CAD drawing for your approval.

The moment you approve it, the sketch on a napkin becomes a masterpiece set in stone. Your story is written, and our master artisans begin at once — Bespoke commissions take priority over all other work at the bench, and your piece is completed in 10 to 14 days. Because the work begins the instant you approve it, and the piece is as singular as the person who dreamed it, a Bespoke commission cannot be paused, cancelled, refunded or exchanged once the order is placed.

The 2N Atelier Women’s Collection and The 2N Atelier Men’s Collection are our finest work, commissioned and made to order at our Master Artisan Creation Bench in New York, in your metal and size, and delivered in 10 to 14 days. Because each piece is made for you alone, it cannot be cancelled, refunded or exchanged. Once the bench begins, the commission is final.

Because our prices are built differently. A traditional boutique writes its returns into its price: it can take a piece back, return it to the case and resell it, or melt it down and begin again, because its markup absorbs the cost. Every 2N piece is offered at a minimum of 45% below boutique pricing — that margin simply is not there, and we would rather give it to you in the price than hold it in reserve.

Nor do we recover it by cutting corners. We never melt down or repurpose old gold: each piece begins with a virgin gold mold of its design, precise to the millimetre and to the exact size and shape of every diamond it will hold, and is finished by master artisans who average thirty years at the bench. A piece made this way belongs to one person. That is why, here as at every fine jeweler, custom work is never returnable — and why a returnable stocked piece is exchanged for in-house credit rather than refunded in cash, as is customary across the jewelry trade.

Every 2N piece carries a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship present when it left our bench. Every setting is inspected, tightened and photographed in Quality Control before it ships, so a prong that lifts or loosens after delivery is treated as damage, not a defect; your concierge will gladly quote its repair at our bench.
