Our manufacturing warranty covers engagement rings and wedding rings only. General jewelry items are not covered under this warranty. All coverage is limited exclusively to manufacturing defects and does not extend to normal wear and tear. Claims are subject to inspection and determination by the 2N Diamonds Quality Assurance Team.

Should a potential defect arise, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to have your item sent in for inspection. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, 2N Diamonds will repair or replace the item at no cost to you, including return shipping. If the damage is determined to fall outside warranty coverage, we will notify you of any available repair options and associated costs—no work will be performed without your express consent. In non-warranty cases, a return label fee of $40.00 applies, and Priority FedEx overnight shipping is $40.00 per direction.

Diamond Coverage: If your ring is received with any cracked or chipped diamonds, you must notify 2N Diamonds within 5 days of delivery by contacting conciergesales@2ndiamonds.com with your Order Number and buyer information on file. Failure to report within this window will not be covered.

Care & Maintenance: To preserve the beauty and integrity of your piece, all cleaning must be performed by a professional jeweler. Over-the-counter cleaning products may cause irreversible damage and will void warranty coverage.

Examples of Wear & Tear Not Covered:

◇ Discoloration from exposure to chemicals, makeup, swimming pools, hot tubs, or bathing
◇ Prong and precious metal erosion from normal everyday wear requiring restoration
◇ Bent or worn prongs caught in fabrics, resulting in lost or loosened stones
◇ Lost, fallen, chipped, or broken stones caused by normal wear and tear

What Voids the Warranty:
The manufacturing warranty is automatically voided if maintenance, repair, sizing, or any other services are performed by anyone other than 2N Diamonds.
